Park Place Manor is located in Belton, Texas, near acute care hospitals as well as many residential neighborhoods.  Our center  provides twenty-four hour residential health services for persons who are no longer in an acute phase of illness but who continue to require frequent nursing observation, care and rehabilitative services.

Park Place Manor has been around for over 30 years.  We are proud to be owned by a Texas based company, FourCooks Senior Care, whose mission is to serve seniors across Texas in rural communities such as Belton.

At Park Place Manor our residents come first.  We create a personalized plan of care that reflects each resident's specific needs. We get to know our residents, and develop individual service plans that reflect their preferences, likes, and dislikes. Our team pays special attention in the way they care for each resident, in order to provide the best experience possible.
